The other eight new records are A. amazonicum Sjöstedt, 1918, A. phallicorne Leonard, 1977, A. truncatum Selys, 1876, Mesoleptobasis cantralli Santos, 1961, Metaleptobasis lillianae Daigle, 2004, Neoneura denticulata Williamson, 1917, Neuraeschna maya Belle, 1989, and Protoneura klugi Cowley, 1941. A map of localities and photographs of the species are provided.
