The findings show a significant relationship between stress and the performance of the teaching staff of tertiary institutions and concluded that a significant relationship exists among the variables. Abstract

This study examined the Impact of Stress on Tertiary Institution Academic Staff Performance in Nigeria. The specific objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of stress on the Performance of academic staff of tertiary institutions in Nigeria and used Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka as its sample.
