Процесс трансформации госорганов, участвующих в кадастровых отношениях

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze how the system of state authorities in the field of cadastral relations was reformed in post-Soviet Russia, as well as what their current structure is. The authors conclude that the reform of these areas goes on and its key factor at this stage is the decision of the legislator to form a public law company «Roskadastr» with its possible authorization with additional functions in the field of cadastral relations. Detailed legislative regulation of actions in this area is also still relevant.
