The main methods used were analysis and synthesis, scien-tific induction and deduction, comparative method and observation. Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyse the process of application of the Insurance Contract Law in Latvia in 2018 and topropose amendments to this law to eliminate the ambiguities and shortcomings therein.
