Research results show that there is a strong linear correlation between lead and cadmium concentrations with absorbance, with the function form of lead is Y = 0.0138X + 0.1131, r = 0.9998 and the function form of cadmium is Y = 0.1027X - 0.0037, r = 0.9999. The procedure has high specificity, good reproducibility with RSD < 5% and the detection limit for lead LOD = 0.087 ppb, equal to 0.015 ppb for cadmium. Quantitative limit for lead LOQ = 0.290 ppb, for cadmium LOQ = 0.049 ppb.
