Abstract

The issue of "development"; Like any other issue, in today's networked world, it has different dimensions (social, political, environmental and institutional), so it has been interpreted and argued differently in the global sphere and each movement has redefined it according to its own worldview. The research; It is an attempt to get to the truth (development), and to answer some questions and see what the thought and philosophy of development and how important it is for human society, where did the history of development begin, what is the relationship between population races and development, and the views of Malthusians and neo-Malthusians, with the views and worldviews of the process (view of development to solve population problems). It has been shown that thinkers and intellectual movements do not have the same views and directions on the concept of development, but have different understandings of the development process.
