It can be seen that the course of legal professional ethics not only needs to cultivate students' knowledge ability, but also needs to cultivate students' social practice and social adaptability, and also needs students to firmly establish the bottom line and red line of the future legal profession. Abstract

Legal professional ethics is a compulsory course in the basic course of the law major, and many colleges and universities have set up this course in both undergraduate and graduate law education, and its importance is self-evident. 高校法律专业法律职业道德课程的教学与研究
法律职业道德是法律专业基础课的必修课程,许多高校在法学本科和研究生教育中都开设了这门课程,其重要性不言而喻。法律职业道德课程定位是专门培养学生构建法律思想和思维,提高法律职业素质和理想,树立法律职业道德底线意识的基础课。由此可见,法律职业道德课程不仅需要培养学生的知识能力,更需要培养学生的社会实践能力和社会适应能力,更需要学生牢固树立未来法律职业的底线和红线。但与此同时,我们也不难发现法律职业道德教学中存在的诸多问题,本文以当前法律职业道德课程中存在的教学形式单一、课堂内容简单、课程影响浅等三个问题为切入点,进行分析研究,并逐一提出相应的建议,用以完善法律职业道德课程的教学与研究。
