Abstract

For purpose of evaluating the characteristic of electromyographic activities of masticatory muscles with front or molar tooth loss, electromyographic activities of masticatory muscles and mandibular movements during tooth tapping and gum chewing were investigated in each group of tooth loss, and were compared with those of control group. 为评价前牙或磨牙缺失组咀嚼肌肌电活动特征,观察各组咀嚼肌肌电活动及轻叩牙齿和咀嚼牙龈时的下颌运动,并与对照组进行比较。结果如下:1. 对于前牙缺失组,1)叩牙时,颌合肌尤其是咬肌和后颞肌肌电活动时间参数的各sd值较小,而颌开肌肌电活动时间参数的各sd值较大。2)咀嚼口香糖时,合颌肌尤其是咬肌和颞前肌的活动偏移延迟。3)在轻叩牙齿和咀嚼牙龈两项指标上,大鼠下颌运动与对照组无显著差异。2. 与磨牙缺失组相比,1)叩牙和嚼牙时,合颌肌肌电活动时间参数的sd值均较大。2)攻牙时,开孔比sd较大。3)咀嚼口香糖时,咀嚼周期sd和开口比sd均较大。
