Server while keeping the units K’, ‘L’, ‘M’, ‘N’, ‘O’, and ‘P’ accordingly needs a service treatment which is given in the order server M > unit P > unit O > unit N > unit L > unit K. A state transition diagram is developed using Markov process. The investigation of the system is completed by accepting that failure and reparation rates are considered to be constant. Abstract

In this paper behaviour and profit analysis of Nidec manufacturing plant are evaluated. The Nidec manufacturing plant contains six subsystems. All the subsystems are connected in series.
