It is necessary to carry out fundamental and comprehensive innovation programs in education and training to improve the quality of human resources, especially high-quality human resources, which is \"Diversifying content and learning materials and meeting the requirements of educational levels, education and training programs and the lifelong learning needs of everyone.\"[1]. Abstract

The 4.0 revolution has been creating unprecedented development for the whole world. It is the first-time countries and peoples have faced so many opportunities and challenges as they do today. In the context of international integration, the competitiveness of each country depends on multiple factors, the most important of which is human resources.
