A kidney transplant recipient was admitted for <em>Pneumocystis carinii</em> pneumonia and subsequently developed left calf redness and swelling due to a <em>M. laterale</em> infection. The patient was treated with sulfamethoxazole and voriconazole and underwent five surgical debridements and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) applications with the left leg. Abstract
