Abstract
The “smart” nanoprobe-based quantitative molecular imaging can mathematically visualize the tumour-associated pathological biomarkers, such as proteins, nucleic acids, or metabolites, enabling it possible to quantitative monitor the spatiotemporal evolution of the pathological characteristics inside the tumors accurately, and contributing to improving prognosis and therapeutic intervention by enabling precise and individualized theranostic strategies.
