Abstract

Abstract The proof of the first statement of Theorem 5.1 of the paper referenced in the title is correct for k = 1 {k=1} and incorrect for k ≥ 2 {k\geq 2} and should be considered an open problem. As such, the proof of the second statement is not correct for k ≥ 2 {k\geq 2} .
