Abstract

: The Ultrasonic (US) technique is used in the present work as an eco-friendly method for the synthesis of (5-oxo-4,4-diphenylimidazolidin-2-ylidene)cyanamide derivatives. A simple and efficient method has been described for the alkylation of (5-oxo-4,4-diphenylimidazolidin-2-ylidene)cyanamide ( 1 ).
