Therefore, academic supervision is one of the important programs that must be implemented by school principals in fostering teachers to improve learning quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning quality through academic supervision. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done through direct interviews, document analysis, and observation, collecting data from various sources both online and print media related to the research discussed. The results showed that: (1) Academic Supervision in Junior High Schools (SMP) has been carried out planning, organizing, implementing, which is guided by predetermined planning, has carried out learning evaluations, so that the level of learning quality can be known; (2) Quality of learning in Junior High Schools (SMP); (3) Optimizing academic supervision can improve the quality of learning at Al-Qolam Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) in South Bengkulu. So it can be concluded that academic supervision can improve the quality of learning. Abstract

: Supervision plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning. 优化学术督导,提高斯里蘭卡彭古鲁高等师范学院的学习质量
:督导在提高学习质量方面发挥着非常重要的作用。督导或督学在为有困难或能力下降的教师提供服务方面发挥着战略性作用。因此,学业督导是校长在培养教师提高学习质量方面必须实施的重要计划之一。本研究旨在确定通过学术督导提高学习质量的情况。采用的研究方法是描述性定性方法。数据收集是通过直接访谈、文件分析和观察来完成的,从与所讨论的研究相关的网络和印刷媒体的各种来源收集数据。结果显示(1) 初中(SMP)的学术督导已经进行了规划、组织、实施,在预定规划的指导下,已经进行了学习评价,从而可以知道学习质量的水平;(2) 初中(SMP)的学习质量;(3) 优化学术督导可以提高南明古鲁Al-Qolam伊斯兰初级中学(SMPIT)的学习质量。因此可以得出结论:学术督导可以提高学习质量。因此可以建议,如果想提高学习质量,就应优化学校的学术督导。
