Abstract

This article aims to establish the state of the art of materials used for construction in ATPs for socio-environmental refugees. To this end, a Systematic Literature Review (RSL) and a bibliometric analysis were carried out considering two research axes focused on the use of natural materials in temporary camps for socio-environmental refugees. Through RSL, 20 relevant articles published until August 2023 were selected, considered aligned with the research topic. The results highlighted the most cited publications, authors and magazines on the subject covered, as well as the main application trends in the area of knowledge and application of research related to 3D printing, building comfort, among others. It is concluded that the use of natural materials is a sustainable strategy for socio-environmental refugees, as it contributes to the quality of life and resilience of these populations and provides bibliometric data on publications. However, there is a need for more studies on the social, cultural and economic aspects involved in this process.
