The organization of social entrepreneurship education includes educational support, level of training, field of knowledge, content of training, tools of informal education, and work of private organizations. The author describes the personal competencies, professional and personal qualities and values that should be developed after taking the \"Social entrepreneurship\" course. Conclusions. The study demonstrated an important role of education in preparing individuals for social entrepreneurship and building the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. A prominent place in the educational support for the development of social entrepreneurship is occupied by the strategic planning of the university's activities with regard to social needs and the implementation of the university's \"third mission\". Abstract

Introduction.
