Introduction. Studying the features of managerial decision-making in in times of crisis have great social significance. For decades, Ukrainian society has been experiencing a series of sever social-political, economic, and environmental crises. Aim: to analyze the theories and research that explain the process of decision-making by managers in crisis situations and to develop a conceptual model of psychological determinants on this basis. Methods. The article contains a theoretical overview of classic and modern works on the psychological determinants of decision-making in crisis conditions. Results. The key role of managers' readiness and ability to make decisions was determined and possible positive and negative effects of crises on organizations were explained. Theoretical approaches to decision-making proposed by cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, management and various branches of psychology were described. According to the theory of bounded rationality, decision-making in an externally-induced crisis has four stages: understanding the need for decision-making and updating organizational goals; formulation of possible alternatives and analysis of their possible effects; choosing the most affordable and effective (satisfactory) solution to the problem; verification and adjustment of the approved decision in the process of its realisation. The impact of cognitive biases and emotions on the decision-making process at all stages were described. The results of the studies on the features of decision-making by heads of organizations in the conditions of the war in Ukraine were analyzed. Conclusions. Based on the generalization of the data from the relevant scientific sources, a conceptual model of the impact of psychological factors (motivational, emotional, and cognitive) at various stages of decision-making process in crisis situations was proposed. The importance of managers' prompt psychological adjustment to changes in working conditions and organizational goals was emphasized, which makes it possible to make effective decisions in a crisis situation.

Introduction. Today's realities require the expansion of known business management strategies based on human capital. Aim: to theoretically and empirically substantiate the effects of the humanistic organizational environment on management decision-making. Methods: HRO (Humane Resource Orientation) questionnaire, GDMS (General Decision-Making Style), the CoSI (Cognitive Style Indicator), and MDMQ (Melbourne decision making questionnaire). Results. HumEnt's concept of humane entrepreneurship, which includes human resource orientation, was described. A resource-based organizational environment includes: empathy (emotional, behavioral, informational support), fair distribution of rewards, promotion of employees' personal and professional development, delegation of authority, and support of ethical values. Negative correlations between the indicators of the environment resourcefulness and unproductive decision-making styles (avoidance, procrastination, shifting responsibility to other people, hypervigilance) were revealed. The characteristics of organizational environment resourcefulness negatively correlated with respondents' stress and anxiety, and positively correlated with group efficiency, respondents' beliefs in their own professional efficiency and the efficiency of the work unit they head, as well as with the expectations of high work results. The characteristics of organizational culture that contribute to productive decision-making were specified. Conclusions. In companies with a pronounced orientation to humane entrepreneurship, employees are less prone to defensive reactions in the decision-making, which contributes to professional productivity.

Introduction. Promotion of psychological well-being and positive mental health of Ukrainians acquires special significance in wartime and post-war recovery. Self-efficacy/personal effectiveness, which contributes to the establishment of an ecologically comfortable personal status in the systems "self-self", "self - activity", "self - others", "self - society", is a factor that helps preserve mental health of the individual. Aim: to analyze the gender characteristics of the development of self-efficacy/personal effectiveness at the initial stage of students' university studies. Methods: a theoretical and methodological analyses of the problem of self-efficacy; a conceptual review of the latest Ukrainian and foreign scientific explorations; analysis (comparative, apperceptive, comparative) of experimental material, as well as the conceptual-experimental approaches to determining the levels of self-efficacy - the Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 1995). Results. Self-efficacy of students of socionomic professions was analyzed from two perspectives: self-efficacy as a value of a young person at the initial stage of university studies; the gender-specific features of the development of self-efficacy at the initial stage of university studies. Conclusions. Self-efficacy as a determinant of the development of the individual as a "system of systems" (Kostiuk, 1989) and as an internal resource for the stability of positive health acquires special significance in the educational and social space of today. In the modern conditions of crisis, self-efficacy retains the status of a valuable personal determinant. The self-acceptance of the significance of students' personal effectiveness at the initial stage of university studies was highlighted and the gender characteristics of the self-efficacy of students of socionomic professions were established at a statistically significant level. Besides, it was shown that self-efficacy of students of socionomic professions of different genders tended to depend on students' age.

Introduction. Mental health is a recognized priority both at the societal and personal level. At the same time, the unique challenges faced by the Ukrainian society necessitate a more thorough study of the problem of mental health. Aim: to identify the foundations and basic principles of mental health policy development. Methods: theoretical analysis and systematization. Results. Different aspects of the problem of mental health found in scientific literature were highlighted. The achievements of the scientific and professional community regarding the institutional support for the mental health of the population including the WHO documents and Ukrainian legal acts were analyzed. It was shown that the declared principles of building a system of mental health care have not been implemented in everyday practice. Conclusions. Currently, the creation of mental health care in Ukraine has only been declared, but not implemented on a practical level.

Introduction. In wartime, rehabilitation center staff (doctors, nurses, rehabilitators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals) face a variety of emotional challenges in their work, which include deaths of patients and emotional support for patients and their families. These emotional burdens can lead to staff's professional burnout, which in turn can seriously reduce the effectiveness of provided medical services, as well as negatively affect staff's mental health. Aim: to measure the levels of professional burnout of the staff of rehabilitation centers for wounded soldiers and to determine the effects of the staff-organization interaction characteristics (work involvement and commitment to the organization) on staff’s burnout. Methods: Maslach-Jackson Burnout Syndrome in Professions of the Human-Human System, V. Schaufeli-A. Becker Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, Loyalty to the Organization Questionnaire by J. Grub, R. Dunham, and M. Castañeda, and the author's questionnaire-passport. Results. Two-thirds of the staff of rehabilitation centers for wounded soldiers had high and average levels of professional burnout of all its components. The rehabilitation centers staff's reduction of professional achievements was the most developed component of burnout, which was followed by emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization being the least developed component of burnout. Variance analysis found that staff-organization interaction factors (work involvement and commitment to the organization) can significantly decrease rehab center staff's professional and emotional burnout. Conclusions. The obtained results suggest the need for staff's burnout prevention and overcoming programs to implement in rehabilitation centers for wounded soldiers. Those programs could, in particular, focus on promoting staff's involvement in work and developing commitment to the organization.
Schaufeli-A.贝克尔乌得勒支工作参与量表、J. Grub、R.

Introduction. In today's world, which is characterized by highly stressful situations and challenges, the role of individual resilience is becoming of great importance. This is especially relevant for specialists in the field of psychology in wartime conditions. In the context of ongoing military conflict in Ukraine, psychologists' resilience becomes even more significant, as they are among the first to provide assistance to victims. Aim: to measure the level of psychologists' resilience as their subjective well-being factor in war conditions. Methods: 1) The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10), adaptation by N.V. Shkolina, I.I. Shapoval, I.V. Orlova, I.O. Stanislavchuk; 2) The Modified BBC Subjective Well-Being Scale (BBC-SWB), P. Pontin, M. Schwannauer, S. Tai, M. Kinderman, adaptation by L.M. Karamushka, K.V Tereshchenko, O.V. Kredentser; 3) Positive Mental Health Scale (Pmh-Scale), J. Lukat, J. Margraf, R. Lutz, W.M. van der Veld, & E.S. Becker, adaptation by L.M. Karamushka, O.V. Tereshchenko; 4) Brief Resilience Scale (BRS); 5) Brief Resilient Coping Scale (BRCS). Results. The levels of resilience of psychologists and commercial organization employees were at an average level. At the same time, the general level of psychologists' resilience was higher than that of commercial organization employees according to all used scales. It was shown that psychologists who had undergone personal psychotherapy had higher resilience than those who had not. The were found relationships between psychologists' resilience and their subjective well-being and positive mental health. Conclusions. The obtained data can be used by counselors, psychologists and teachers of higher educational institutions to design resilience developing psychological interventions.

Introduction. An important prerequisite of civil servants' work efficiency in the conditions of social tension is their self-actualization, which largely depends on civil servants' personal characteristics. This problem is poorly highlighted in the psychological literature. Aim. To find out the level of development of civil servants' personal characteristics and to analyze the relationship between civil servants' personal characteristics and the features of their self-actualization Methods: R. McCrae and P. Costa Big Five and E. Shostrom Self-Actualization Test (SAT). Results. In an empirical study, the author measured the levels of development of civil servants' personal characteristics and found that almost every second civil servant had high levels of self-control and affection for people, every fifth civil servant had high levels of expressiveness and extroversion, and the smallest number of civil servants had highly developed emotional stability. A correlational, statistically significant relationship, both positive and negative, was found between a number of civil servants' personal characteristics and civil servants' self-actualization features. The largest number of positive correlations was found between civil servants' emotional stability (emotional instability) and almost all civil servants' self-actualization features. Conclusions. The obtained results can be helpful in designing a civil servants' personal qualities development training program and building a model of individual psychological counseling to optimize civil servants' self-actualization.

Introduction. The Russian-Ukrainian war, which is an extremely powerful traumatic factor, necessitates the search for psychological methods and means to help traumatised people. Art therapy, in particular street art, is one of the effective trauma recovery tools. The aim of the study was to clarify the impact of patriotic street art works on the psychological well-being of Ukrainian students in wartime conditions. Methods: a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the effects of street art works on the psychological well-being of an individual, in particular in war conditions; focus-group interviews (empirical method); analysis and interpretation of empirical data (content analysis). Results. Street art, which is a relatively new type of visual communication that has been intensively researched by both foreign and Ukrainian psychologists, is believed to have great effects on human mentality. Street artists use their works (murals, light installations, etc.) as a prompt psychological aid. The authors describe the online-focus-group method for studying the impact of patriotic murals on students in war conditions giving details about the procedure and program of group interviews to reveal students' perception of modern mural street art. The respondents' responses about the effects of patriotic murals on their psychological well-being are analyzed. Conclusions. Patriotic street art works can be helpful in promoting Ukrainians' psychological well-being in their pursuit of democracy and a dignified life.
