IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI COMPUTER BASED TEST BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA SMP 2 ADIWERNA TEGAL

Abstract

The increasing number of new student registrations nowadays is a problem in itself for current educational institution administrators. Being able to interact with technology is a basic need for administrators of educational institutions. As one of the solutions, the CBT Computer Based Test concept is an option for current educational institutions. This cannot be separated from the problem of new student registration for Muhammadiyah 2 Middle School, which is currently classified as an institution that still does not utilize technology today. The aim of this research is to develop a new student admission process with the Computer Based Test (CBT) concept where the features in it can accommodate all the needs of the student admission process. Research using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was determined to be a comprehensive method to analyze and support this research. This research illustrates the conclusion that through the CBT concept the delivery of information and techniques for new student admissions can run effectively and efficiently. In terms of quality, this process helps schools analyze the qualities and weaknesses of prospective new students as well as supporting data for leaders to make valid decisions.
