Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are frequently used in the treatment of PTSD and anxiety disorders, sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil), and fluoxetine (Fludac) approval for the treatment of PTSD.
