Developing digital library services at the Banking Academy of Vietnam

Abstract

Developing digital library services is an inevitable requirement of university libraries in Vietnam. Efficiency of the library’s operations and learning resources by users depend on the quality of the digital library services. Employing qualitative methodology based on experience in building and developing digital library services, the article synthesizes models of management, organization and operation of library services, information resources, facilities, infrastructure, equipment and technology from some universities. The paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of digital library services, thereby proposing solutions to develop digital library services to implement the Banking Academy of Vietnam’s development strategy until 2030, vision 2045
