Abstract
The article considers the transformation processes observed in the territorial structure of the industrial territories of St. Petersburg. The characteristics of the industrial policy of the city are given, which is based on key documents: the General Plan, the Industrial Policy of St. Petersburg for the period up to 2025 and others.
