Menurut WHO, vaksinasi tetanus, campak, dan difteri dapat mengurangi risiko kematian neonatal akibat infeksi sekitar 42%. Puskesmas Jati Raya belum mencapai Universal Child Immunization (UCI), menurut statistik yang diterima, karena hanya 33% dari tujuan yang telah dicapai. Beberapa alasan berkontribusi pada rendahnya cakupan imunisasi dasar di Puskesmas Jati Raya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang terlibat dalam pemberian Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) pada bayi usia lebih dari 11 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jati Raya Kota Kendari pada tahun 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan strategi cross-sectional dan uji statistik, termasuk uji chi square dan prosedur pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan, dengan melibatkan 80 partisipan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dan telah menerima semua vaksinasi anak yang direkomendasikan (p value 0,016 < 0,05). Ada korelasi antara mengetahui dan mendapatkan semua vaksinasi anak yang direkomendasikan (p = 0,008-0,05). Tingkat pekerjaan ibu dan vaksinasi dasar lengkap berkorelasi (p value 0,000-0,05). Fungsi petugas vaksinasi dan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar tidak berhubungan (p value 0,421 > 0,05). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik seperti pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan, dan jabatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap cakupan imunisasi dasar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jati Raya Kota Kendari. Abstract The goal of vaccination is to proactively boost a person's immunity against a disease. According to the WHO, tetanus, measles, and diphtheria vaccinations may reduce the risk of infection-related neonatal mortality by roughly 42%. Jati Raya Health Center has not yet achieved Universal Child Immunization (UCI), according to the statistics received, as just 33% of the objective had been met. Several reasons contribute to Puskesmas Jati Raya's poor basic vaccination coverage. The goal of the research was to identify the variables involved in administering Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) to babies older than 11 months in the operating area of the Jati Raya Health Center in Kendari City in 2022. This study's cross-sectional strategy and statistical tests, which included the chi square test and the accidental sampling procedure, included 80 participants. Questionnaires were utilized as the tool. According to the findings, there was a correlation between maternal education level and having received all recommended childhood vaccinations (p value 0.016 < 0.05). There is a correlation between knowing and having had all recommended childhood vaccinations (p = 0.008–0.05). Maternal work level and full basic vaccination are correlated (p value 0.000 to 0.05). The function of vaccination officers and the comprehensiveness of the basic immunization are unrelated (p value 0.421 > 0.05). The findings of this research demonstrate that characteristics such as knowledge, educational attainment, and job position have an impact on the extent of basic vaccination in the working area of Jati Raya Health Center in Kendari City.
