PERAN GURU AGAMA DALAM PEMBINAAN PENGETAHUAN AGAMA ISLAM BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA PANDAHAN KECAMATAN BATI-BATI KABUPATEN TANAH LAUT

Abstract

: Religious figures or commonly called ulema, ustadz, teachers and so on among the community, a teacher is someone who has extensive religious knowledge. In addition to having a lot of knowledge, a religious figure/teacher also always shows behavior that is in accordance with his knowledge. So that it will always be recognized wherever it is. In this study the authors used a type of narrative research and the research approach used was qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation and interview techniques, while data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study confirm that the form of the role of religious teachers in fostering knowledge of Islamic religious education for the people of Pandahan village, Bati-Bati sub-district, Tanah Laut district is the teacher as an educator and teacher, as a guide, as a role model, as a member of the community.
