長期照護機構感染管制計畫與指標監測

Abstract

長期照護機構隨著高齡化社會的需求日愈增加，由於服務對象特性與機構環境因素，使得醫療照護相關感染和傳染性疾病群聚事件的發生具有高風險性；因此，照護機構實施預防感染計畫對於確保住民與工作人員安全且具有照護品質是非常重要的。本文主要描述建立感染管制計畫與選定指標；指標稽核與感染監測；感染監測重要機制與步驟包括監測計畫、資料收集、資料分析、闡釋感染率、訊息交流以及監測系統評值等面向，期冀提供參考與應用。  In the face of the increasing demands for long-term care as a result of aging population, longterm care facilities are confronted by the risks of healthcare- associated infections and infectious disease clusters because of the people they serve and their facilities’ environmental factors. Hence, implementing infection prevention planning is crucial for ensuring resident and healthcare staffrelated safety and care quality. This article mainly describes the establishment of infection control planning and indicators selection, indicators audit and infections surveillance, and implemented infection surveillance -associated critical mechanisms and steps including surveillance planning, surveillance data collection and analysis, infection rates interpretation, information communication, and evaluating surveillance systems, and expect to provide reference and application.
