The methods used in this study were: the Work Locus of Control Scale (WLCS), the Williams and Anderson’s Performance Scale and the Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire. The questionnaires were completed through the Google Forms platform. The sampling technique wasone of convenience, thus we selected the people available to participate in the study. According to the results, there is no significant difference in locus of control according to gender.
