Abstract

(Abstracted from Fertil Steril 2023;120(4):850–859) Uterine müllerian anomalies (UMAs) are anatomic malformations of the female genital tract found in 5.5% of the general population but 24.5% of women with a history of miscarriage and infertility. Studies identifying the relationships between UMAs and reproductive outcomes suggest a higher rate of adverse outcomes but have largely been conducted in women using their own oocytes and have focused on a single anomaly category.
