This Type Of Research Is Qualitative Descriptive Research With A Case Study Approach. The Informants In This Study Were 6 People, 2 Informants At The Service Technical Implementation Unit Health Laboratory And 4 Informants At The Kendari City Health Service. Data Collection Was Obtained From Primary Data And Secondary Data Through In-Depth Interviews, Document Review And Literature Review. Data Analysis Techniques Include Data Reduction, Data Presentation And Drawing Conclusions.
