A CT scan revealed peritoneal infiltration and anterior parietal thickening of bladder wall. Cystoscopy showed three budding lesions of the anterior wall of the bladder. He had an endoscopic resection. Histology concluded that the bladder was infiltrated by a poorly differentiated carcinoma with independent cells consistent with a gastric origin.
