This study employed a descriptive survey research design with a target population of 100 teachers in two teachers’ training colleges as respondents. Three research objectives were formulated for that purpose which was later transformed into research questions. Data was gathered through the use of questionnaires and was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The findings reveal there was a positive relationship between teachers’ content mastery, communication, motivation, and personality on student’s professional training. 本研究旨在考察喀麦隆西南部法科省一些师范学校的教师特点及其对学生专业培训的影响。本研究采用了描述性调查研究设计,以两所师范学院的 100 名教师为调查对象。为此制定了三个研究目标,随后将其转化为研究问题。数据通过问卷收集,并使用社会科学统计软件包进行分析。研究结果表明,教师的教学内容掌握程度、沟通能力、积极性和个性与学生的专业培训之间存在正相关关系。因此,根据调查结果提出了以下建议:教师应该用简单明了的语言传达指令,使学生能够理解;政府应该不断组织研讨会,使教师能够更新知识,学习新技能,提高工作效率。 文章可视化:
