Abstract
Of the "Yamanaka factors" Oct3/4 , Sox2 , Klf4 , and c-Myc (OSKM), the transcription factor c-Myc ( Myc ) is the most responsive to exercise in skeletal muscle and is enriched within the muscle fiber.
