Abstract
Palliative treatment of metastatic rectal cancer (mCRC) has developed considerably in recent years, with new therapeutic strategies such as induction and maintenance therapies, the establishment of targeted therapies and molecularly defined strategies in defined subgroups such as MSI-H-patients.
