Abstract
The nickel-catalyzed borylative coupling of aldehydes and 1,3-dienes with diboron reagents offers an efficient method for synthesizing valuable homoallylic alcohols from easily accessible starting materials. However, achieving enantioselectivity in this reaction has been a significant challenge.
