This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this research were class teachers and 28 students. This research uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and document study techniques. Testing the validity of the data uses triangulation of time and techniques. The data analysis model uses the Creswell model. Results showed teachers utilized supportive classroom environment approaches, integration of SEL and Academic Instruction, and explicit SEL Instruction. The teacher carries out several activities that have become routine, thus forming a clear pattern. The approach used can shape students' SEL competencies, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making. The use of the SEL approach in mathematics learning indirectly influences mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, it is important for teachers to integrate SEL into mathematics learning. The implication of this research is that it can increase scientific insight regarding the application of SEL to both teachers and students. 本研究旨在描述苏腊卡尔塔 SD Djama'atul Ichwan 学校五年级学生在数学学习中实施社会情感学习(SEL)的模式。本研究采用个案研究的定性方法。研究对象为班主任和 28 名学生。本研究采用了观察、访谈、问卷调查和文献研究等方法。通过时间和技术的三角测量来检验数据的有效性。数据分析模型采用克雷斯韦尔模型。结果显示,教师采用了支持性课堂环境方法、整合 SEL 和学术教学以及明确的 SEL 教学。教师开展的几项活动已成为常规,从而形成了一个清晰的模式。所采用的方法可以培养学生的 SEL 能力,包括自我意识、自我管理、社交意识、人际关系技巧和负责任的决策。在数学学习中使用 SEL 方法会间接影响数学学习成果。因此,教师在数学学习中融入 SEL 非常重要。这项研究的意义在于,它可以提高教师和学生对应用 SEL 的科学认识。研究人员的建议是,可以进一步优化社会性情感学习的实施,以大规模和结构化的方式进行。 Kata kunci: 社会性情感学习、方法、能力、数学、学业成绩和小学
