The construction industry is one of the fundamental ones and therefore all new technologies and developments must be analyzed for the long term before being in-troduced into production. The conducted study of the hypothesis about the economic effect of introducing AI in construction proved the relevance of forecasting and the need to analyze such forecasts using vari-ous methods. Abstract
