Abstract
From November 30 to December 13, 2023, the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) was convened at Dubai Expo City in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)(Figure 1). Sultan AI Jaber, the CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, presided over the conference.
