The Application of Qiang Ethnic Culture in Strengthening the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community

Abstract

The consciousness of the Chinese national community is a shared value consensus among various ethnic groups condensed from historical cultural memory and contemporary cultural forms, playing a role in cohesion and unity among members of the Chinese national community. Taking the Qiang ethnic group as an example, by deeply exploring the historical traces of the consciousness of the Chinese national community and combining the spiritual values of traditional cultural resources, the key symbols of Qiang ethnic culture are reasonably developed and utilized. Starting from reality, the close connection between “cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese national community” and “daily life” is explored, ultimately achieving the application of Qiang culture in strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community.
