Identification of AMF spores based on the morphological characteristics recorded in all the soil samples appeared spore phenotypes of 5 fungal genera including Glomus, Acaulospora, Gigaspora, Scutellospora, and Sclerocystis. However, 3 morphological types were not yet identified. Abstract
