The results showed that jalantir extract had a total phenolic content of 38.27 mg GAE/g and flavonoid content of 56.60 mg QE/g. Meanwhile, for the antioxidant activity, value of IC50 for extract, water fraction, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane were 9.76; 45.91; 60.75; and 74.31 ppm respectively.
