This study explores the pivotal role of quality assurance (QA) in shaping evidence-based clinical guidelines, examining its significance within individual guidelines and broader guideline portfolios. (1) Importance of Guidelines: Clinical guidelines act as foundational pillars in defining quality care, establishing best practices, and standardizing patient care, significantly influencing healthcare delivery and resource allocation.
