A descriptive correlational methodology was used, through the level of role of school management by achieving job satisfaction questionnaire, which consisted of (39) items, and the performance with Teachers questionnaire, which included (53) items. Their validity and reliability indications were confirmed. The sample consisted of (405) principals and teachers. Abstract
