The Ability to be Creative and its Relationship to Social Competence and Cognitive Development among Kindergarten Children in Al-Dulayl District 杜莱勒区幼儿园儿童的创新能力及其与社交能力和认知发展的关系

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between creativity and both social competence and cognitive growth in light of the variables of supervisory authority and gender, among kindergarten children. The study sample consisted of (135) children, of whom (62) males and (73) females, enrolled in government kindergartens. And in particular, during the second semester of the academic year 2021-2020, using the descriptive correlative methodology, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the TCT-DP creative thinking test, the social competence scale, and the cognitive growth assessment tool were applied, after checking the indications of its validity and stability, and the results indicated that the level of ability on creativity among kindergarten children, it came at the weak level, and the level of social competence at the medium level, and the results showed a statistically significant correlation between creativity and both social competence and cognitive growth, and there was no significant difference in the value of the correlation attributed to the variables of gender and the authority in the kindergarten.

This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing administration with a shared vision among principals of private schools within the North Region of Jordan from Principals and Teachers' point of view. The descriptive survey methodology was used, a questionnaire was used for data collection, and the study participants were (381) of private schools’ principals and teachers, who were randomly selected. The results showed a high degree of practicing administration with a shared vision among principals of private schools within the North Region of Jordan, the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the study sample responses due to the variable of the educational stage in favor of kindergarten principals, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables (years of experience, academic qualification, and province). The study recommended utilizing the experience of teachers in formulating the school's vision.

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between the practicing degree among Bedouin primary school principals within the Green Line of Japanese leadership theory and the organizational commitment of teachers in those schools. The study utilized the descriptive correlational survey methodology, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection after verifying its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (370) teachers who were chosen using random sampling method. The results showed that all domains of the degree of practicing the principles of Japanese leadership theory is medium, the level of organizational commitment of teachers is medium, and a positive correlation between the practice of Japanese leadership principles and the level of organizational commitment.

The Effect of Teaching in the Dry and Wet Laboratory on the Achievement of Practical Analytical Chemistry Students in the Faculty of Science at Jerash University and the Acquisition of Laboratory Skills 干湿实验室教学对杰拉什大学理学院分析化学实践学生成绩和实验技能掌握的影响

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of teaching in the dry and wet laboratory on the achievement of practical analytical chemistry students in Science College at Jerash University and acquisition of practical laboratory skills. The study used a purposeful sample, consisted of (76) students. They were divided into three groups: The first studied using wet lab, the second studied using wet and dry lab, and the third studied using wet and dry lab. The study tools consisted of an achievement test, and a laboratory skills observation scale. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in students’ achievement and the acquisition of laboratory skills, attributed to teaching in dry and wet laboratory. There were no statistically significant differences due to gender, in achievement and the acquisition of laboratory skills. The study recommended the adoption of the method of using dry and wet laboratory in teaching the practical analytical chemistry in the the faculty of science at the university of Jerash.

The Degree of Effectiveness of E-Learning Management and its Relationship to Job Satisfaction among Faculty Members in Palestinian Universities 电子学习管理的有效程度及其与巴勒斯坦大学教师工作满意度的关系

The current study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management and its relationship to job satisfaction among faculty members in Palestinian universities from the point of view of department heads and faculty members. The study used the descriptive correlational approach. The study sample consisted of (218) faculty members from five Palestinian universities, who were chosen using the random stratified methodology, and the questionnaire was used as a study toll after verifying their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management in Palestinian universities was medium, and that the level of job satisfaction among faculty members was of a medium degree, and the existence of a positive correlation between the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management and the level of job satisfaction among faculty members in Palestinian universities. The study recommended Involving faculty members in planning the e-learning process and authorizing them to make some decisions related to e-learning management.

The Degree to Which School Principals within the Green Line Practice Transformational Leadership and its Relationship to Motivation among Teachers from their Point of View 从校长的角度看 "绿线 "内校长实施变革型领导的程度及其与教师积极性的关系

The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals within the Green Line practice of transformational leadership and its relationship to motivation among teachers from their point of view. The correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (424) teachers in schools of the Triangle Region within the Green Line who were randomly chosen, and a questionnaire to measure the practice of transformational leadership, and a questionnaire to measure the level of motivation were used after assuring their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of school principals’ practice of transformational leadership was high. The level of motivation among teachers was high and that there was a positive statistically significant correlation between the principals’ practice of transformational leadership and the level of motivation among teachers. The study recommended maintaining the high level of school principals' practice of transformational leadership and supporting teachers financially and morally in order to maintain their high level of motivation.

The study aimed to discover the relationship between the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors during Corona pandemic and job satisfaction among teachers. The study used the correlational descriptive methodology. Two questionnaires were used, one of them to measure the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors, and the second to measure the level of job satisfaction among teachers, after assuring its validity and reliability. The sample consisted of (415) individuals in the Arab schools within the Triangle region within the Green Line, who were spread into (68) supervisors, (43) principals, and (304) teachers, and were chosen using comprehensive and random methods. The results showed that both the degree of effectiveness of crisis management and the level of job satisfaction were Medium, and a positive correlation between the degree of effectiveness of crisis management among educational supervisors and the level of job satisfaction among teachers. The study recommended the provision of mechanisms that enable supervisors to monitor the progress of teachers’ performance in distance learning and motivate school personnel to exchange experiences with regard to e-learning.

    This study aimed to identify the reality of using the e-learning platforms in teaching and its relationship to the gain of professional skills of the public school teachers in Southern Shuna district in Jordan, from their point of view in light of the Corona pandemic, through the scholastic year (2020/2021). A descriptive methodology was followed using two questionnaires, the first one consisted of (17) items, the second one consisted of (11) items. A stratified random sample was drawn from the population of the study. It consisted of (171) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of using e-learning platforms in teaching and the gain of professional skills was medium, there were statistically significant differences between the teachers’ responses means that refer to gender in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant differences that refer to the years of experience. There was a positive relationship between the use of e-learning platforms in teaching and the gain of professional skills.

This study aimed at identifying the democratic principles that are included in the social, citizenship, and civic education textbooks from first to tenth grade. This study also aimed at identifying the implications of the social education teachers from the of principals point of view. Therefore, for the purpose of this study, the researchers have analyzed the content of these books to answer the first question of this study. In addition, the researchers developed an instrument to distinguish the highest level of practicing the social studies' teachers who practice the principles of democracy. It was a questionnaire consisting of (41) items. The sample of this study included (750) principals randomly selected.  Results of the current study revealed that the social, citizenship, and civic education textbooks for the first to tenth grade contain four fundamental concepts of democracy, namely: freedom, justice, equality, and classroom teaching practices. The study also indicated that the teachers of the social studies gained an advanced level of practicing the principles of democracy. The current study recommended the necessity of reconsidering the mechanism of improving the Jordanian curricula, especially at the level of the social studies curricula, which should consist of the principles and concepts of democracy in a more comprehensive manner.

This study aimed to identify the correlation between leadership skills and the level of emotional intelligence among a sample of Jordanian youth, and used the descriptive correlational methodology. The sample was chosen intentionally consisted of (270) individuals, the leadership skills scale and emotional intelligence scale were developed, and their validity and reliability were confirmed. The results concluded that leadership skills came at a medium level and emotional intelligence came at a high level, and there was a positive statistically significant correlation between leadership skills and the level of emotional intelligence. The researchers recommend conducting more studies on the relationship between leadership skills and emotional intelligence for age groups in different jobs to discover talents, leadership tendencies and emotional intelligence among these groups.
