Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of job performance of secondary school principals in Madaba Governorate from the teachers' point of view, according to the variables of gender, experience and educational qualification. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (302) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, which consisted of job performance items consisting of (21) items. Its validity and reliability were verified.
