The results revealed a significant degree of leadership flexibility, a significant degree in crisis management, and a positive relationship between the degree of practicing flexibility in educational leadership and crisis management. Abstract

The study aimed to identify the levels of flexibility in educational leadership and crisis management among primary school principals within the Green Line in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its correlation between flexibility educational in leadership and crisis management from the viewpoint of teachers and principals.
