The study used the descriptive, correlational methodology. To achieve the objectives of the study, a two-pronged questionnaire applied, the first to measure flexibility in leadership, and the second to measure crisis management. The study sample consisted of (374) teachers and principals. The results revealed a significant degree of leadership flexibility, a significant degree in crisis management, and a positive relationship between the degree of practicing flexibility in educational leadership and crisis management.
