The two primary conclusions of the study are that there is a statistically significant direct effect between job satisfaction and psychological contract and a statistically significant direct effect between psychological contract and turnover intention-a statistically significant direct effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention found. Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the impact of psychological contract on turnover intention in private hospitals in Egypt from the perspective of job satisfaction theory.
