An Investigation of the Effect of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem on Startups Success through the Mediating Effect of Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Attitude and Entrepreneurial Intention: Applied Study on the Egyptian Startups Entrepreneurs 通过自我效能、创业态度和创业意向的中介效应探讨创业生态系统对初创企业成功的影响:对埃及初创企业创业者的应用研究

The study’s objective is to look at the effects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem (access to government policies and regulations, financial support, government programmes and support for assisting new and growing firms, education and training for entrepreneurship, research and development transfer, market openness and barriers to entry as issues for entrepreneurship, commercial and professional infrastructure for entrepreneurs, access to physical infrastructure for entrepreneurship, cultural and social norms) on startup organisation success through the mediating roles of lf-efficacy, , entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial tention. For this research, the interpretivism philosophy was chosen, and both the inductive approach and mixed analysis were chosen to enable the researcher to fulfill the goals of the ongoing study. Furthermore, the researcher developed interviews and questionnaires as a tool to collect primary data from startup owners and employees in Egypt. Therefore, we found partial support for the impact of entrepreneurial ecosystem dimensions on self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial intention. We also found support for the influence of self-efficacy on startup organisational success and performance. The study also confirmed the impact of entrepreneurial attitude and intention on the success and performance of startups. The study concluded that there was partial support for the influence of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on startup organisation success. Finally, the study found partial support for the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between the factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup organisational success. Partially supported was the mediating effect of entrepreneurial attitude on the relationship between the factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup organisational success. The relationship between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup organisational success received partial support from the mediating effect of entrepreneurial intention.

Overcoming Obstacles to Progress: Exploring the Causes and Effective Solutions to Employee Resistance to Organizational Change 克服前进的障碍:探索员工抵制组织变革的原因和有效解决方案

The study aimed to describe employees’ experiences with and expectations of management during organizational change. The paper applied a descriptive qualitative research design with a purposive quota sampling technique. Thirteen Saudi employees from different food and beverage firms were recruited and interviewed using a semi-structured interview protocol. Thematic analysis of English transcripts resulted in the development of three themes that highlight what aspects are important to consider when implementing organizational changes such as value-added taxation programs, from an employee perspective: (a) open communication, (b) training, and (c) timeframe. This research contributes to the literature on the resistance to change in the context of an emerging economy such as Saudi Arabia. Moreover, this paper sheds light on the main causes of and solutions to resistance to organizational change executed by firms and employees. Specifically, it provides practical insights into how open dialogue and training can significantly reduce employee resistance and facilitate smoother transitions during organizational change.

The Impact of Technological Innovativeness on the Intention to Utilize Digital Transformation: An Application of Diffusion of Innovation in the Egyptian Private Universities 技术创新性对利用数字化转型意愿的影响:创新扩散理论在埃及私立大学中的应用

The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the impact of diffusion of innovation (DOI) on adoption intention to utilize Digital Transformation (DT), as well as to examine the moderation role of gender and education level between diffusion of innovation and adoption intention to utilize DT. The objec - tives of this research are: to examine how DOI affects adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to identify how DOI affects technological innovativeness in the Egyptian private universities, to investigate how technological innovativeness affects adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to test the mediation role of technological innovativeness in the relationship between DOI and adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities, to identify the most influential barriers affecting DT adoption in the Egyptian private universities and to develop a framework for the relationship between DOI on adoption intention to DT with mediating role of technological innovativeness in the Egyptian private universities using structural equation modelling. This research used a quantitative analysis by using a questionnaire tool to gather required data and structural equation model analyses (SEM) using AMOS software. The results found that all hypotheses are supported. And the mediation effect indicates that there is partial mediation effect of the technological innovativeness between diffusion of innovation and adoption intention to utilize DT in the Egyptian private universities.

Influence of Innovation Capabilities and Customer Experience on Loyalty: Empirical Study in the Egyptian Private Hospitals 创新能力和客户体验对忠诚度的影响:埃及私立医院的经验研究

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relation among innovation capabilities and loyalty with mediating role of customer experience (CEX) in the Egyptian private hospitals. The study followed the quantitative approach and data gathered from a survey of 403 patients. The results were analysed by using structural equation model analyses (AMOS) 26. The findings of this study showed a significant direct effect between innovation capabilities including technical and non-technical innovation on loyalty. In addition, it showed that CEX partially mediates the relation among technical and non-technical innovation capabilities and Loyalty. This adds value by focusing on the crucial role of innovation capabilities that lead to patients’ positive experience toward the Egyptian private hospital, which will enhance their loyalty.

The study followed the quantitative approach and data gathered from a survey of 403 patients. The results were analysed by using structural equation model analyses (AMOS) 26. The findings of this study showed a significant direct effect between innovation capabilities including technical and non-technical innovation on loyalty. In addition, it showed that CEX partially mediates the relation among technical and non-technical innovation capabilities and Loyalty.
