Abstract

Due to the action taken to combat climate change, the world is on its time to transition vehicles to battery-electric vehicles. This research examines the satisfaction levels among DKI Jakarta residents using Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). Through a comprehensive analysis, this study aims to identify critical factors resulting in three factors with the highest total user satisfaction scale, including government policy, environmental sustainability, and recommendations.
