The main data sources for this research were closed questionnaires using Likert scales and documentation. Smart PLS was used for data processing. The results of the research indicate that Training (X1) has a significant positive influence on Performance (Y) among employees. Work Engagement (Z) significantly positively influences Performance (Y) among employees. Job Training (X1) has a significant positive influence on work engagement (Z) among employees. Abstract
This research examines the influence of training activities on performance mediated by work engagement. The research sample consisted of 254 companies that participated in School Manager training activities between the years 2017-2023.
