Goal. To analyze the factors influencing the decrease in the staffing of PPSP units at the regional level and carry out their scientific processing, as well as to develop the main directions for improving the organizational and legal mechanism for recruiting police patrol units at the regional level. Methods: scientific analysis, induction, comparison, generalization, classification. Conclusions.
