The article discusses the issues of increasing the role of scientific expertise in the management of science, education and economics, its impact on the effectiveness and quality of scientific, scientific, technical and educational activities. Scientific expertise in the fields of sciences that have a direct impact on the development of the intellectual capital of society, as the main factor of economic growth and social progress, is of particular relevance and importance. The results of the analysis of the quality of education, the effectiveness of intellectual activity, and the regulatory legal framework in terms of scientific expertise are presented. Based on the identified problems, recommendations are made to improve the legal support and the mechanism for conducting scientific expertise, on the state of which, along with other factors, the level of scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the country depends.

The purpose of this research is to study the role of the Student Council in the management of the educational organization. The article analyzes the main tasks, the place in the structure of the educational organization, the formation and functionality of the Student Council, as well as interaction with representatives of the administration of the educational organization. The possibilities of improving the work of the Council of Students and increasing its effectiveness in the management of an educational organization are being determined. The impact of membership in the Council of Students on the personal qualities of students is revealed. The results of a survey of students on the importance of the Student Council and their possible role in it are presented. The possibilities of practical application of this research are to conduct seminars or trainings for members of the Student Council in order to increase their competencies and effective work, raise awareness among the administration of the educational organization, as well as create recommendations for improving the work of the Student Council.

Currently, ICT technologies are widely used in the learning process. In practice, it turned out that it is not so easy to introduce these innovations into the educational process. This article provides an analysis of the use of modern technologies in mathematics lessons. The main areas of application of ICT technologies in education are the construction of individual learning routes, automation of control, the construction of various graphs and three-dimensional geometric shapes. Based on the above, the question arises about the possibility of improving the effectiveness and accessibility of education. Analysis of the development of choreographic education in the context of digitalization of society sets not only certain standards for the educational process, but also forms innovative models for the development of choreographic art in general. To study this issue, scientific methods of analysis were used, and the results demonstrated the formation of modern training standards and innovative methods of teaching choreographers in world pedagogy related to the introduction of digitalization. Since it contributes to the formation of international cooperation between educational institutions and potential employers. And borrowing the experience of the strongest universities will allow us to adapt new conditions for training choreographers to modern educational trends, harmonize innovative approaches with traditional stages of training, and increase the level, quality and balance of the educational process in choreographic departments. The digitalization of society makes it possible to develop a unique approach to the innovative training of choreographers, enriching the course with various combinations made up of traditional and innovative aspects of the development of art as a whole. And the further development of choreographic education is the harmonization of educational systems.

The article reveals the essence and content of social interaction as a fundamental core of universal competence, which is essentially important in the activity of a future bachelor in the field of management and administration. On the basis of the analysis of scientific, pedagogical, psychological and sociological sources had been revealed the features of the formation of the targeted competence of a student as a subject of self-realization in teaching, research, practice-oriented activity in the environment of higher education. It was described the developing potential of humanities disciplines actualising a set of comprehensive knowledge, skills, abilities and creative abilities of students. It was shown the indicators of formation of universal competence of social interaction from the position of scientific and pedagogical approaches. It is demonstrated how the experience of social interaction acquired in higher education becomes a means of effective business communication and interpersonal relations for students, enriching the content-functional aspects of his professionalism and personal qualities, establishing the basic foundations of communication humanism in personnel management, in solving disputable and conflict situations. It is proved that the ability to build effective social interaction is an integral part in achieving the set goals of a successful career of future bachelors of management and administration.

The modern system of training specialists in the field of choreography prepares a creative person who constantly strives for professional self-improvement and strives to teach and train others (children and adults). Since choreographic art is the art of beauty and health of the human body. Therefore, many teachers around the world strive to study, analyze and develop their own innovative teaching methods. Since they have a positive effect on (1) the manifestation of creative abilities in future specialists; (2) development of various forms of thinking; (3) expand worldviews in general, and (4) help to see the interconnectedness of dance art with biology and other sciences. It is precisely these qualities that future teachers and choreography teachers need and must be developed in the learning process. Therefore, in many educational institutions, the development of art education is noted through updating its content, associated with rethinking the social purpose of the profession of a choreography teacher, since it is he who is able to creatively introduce socially significant innovations and flexibly respond to the cultural demands of the time. The necessity is substantiated not only for the teacher to develop the subject and practical skills of a dancer, but also for the synthesis of knowledge, abilities and skills that allow the effective implementation of professional training of future choreographers with relevant competencies. The article emphasizes that the formation of artistic and creative experience is associated (1) with the need to get acquainted with works of art through perception and performing interpretation; (2) with the motivation to acquire knowledge in the field of expressive means as the basis for creating choreographic images; (3) with the development of the ability to perceive artistic images in the field of choreographic art for in-depth mastery of the art of reproducing choreographic works. Taking into account the listed features requires the effective use of creative tasks in the educational process through means of improving and optimizing educational activities. It has been proven that professional training in modern choreography requires the teacher’s ability to integrate his knowledge when teaching specific disciplines in order to appropriately update the educational process.

Almost everyone's day begins and ends with watching media content. Children and young people turned out to be especially active users. This trend is alarming. Live human communication is being replaced by a digital copy that does not require special energy costs from the user. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the problems of the production of audiovisual content in the media space. Building high-quality information content will minimize the negative component of the transforming communication process.

The study of the socio-cultural and economic process of developing a healthy lifestyle of modern Russians necessitates turning to the heritage of the visionaries of the past, covering cultural, educational, housing and everyday practices of pre-revolutionary and Soviet Russia. The methodological basis of the study was an interdisciplinary approach (political economic, philosophical, cultural), as well as the method of dialectical unity of knowledge of the processes of socio-cultural and economic development of society. The continuity of the main components of a person’s healthy lifestyle, his culture, including the forms of organizing cultural education, housing and everyday life, formed by different generations of Russians, is substantiated. The process of transforming pre-revolutionary people's houses (Tomsk people's house of P.I. Makushin) into Soviet and modern cultural houses and leisure centers is described. The significance and influence of the socio-economic experiment of implementing the idea of scientific organization of housing and life on the basis of complete socialization is shown - the project of the «Anzhero-Sudzhensky house-commune» by N.S. Kuzmina, (his other architectural projects) on the healthy lifestyle of modern Russians. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the experience of cultural, educational and housing practices of two Siberian personalities - entrepreneur P.I. Makushin and architect N.S. Kuzmin, which had an important influence on the formation and development of a healthy lifestyle of Russians in the past and present, the visionary nature of their content is revealed. The research findings can be used to form the cultural policies at both regional and federal levels to increase the level of socio-economic well-being of Russians and preserve cultural heritage visionaries.

The article describes the experience of psychological and pedagogical diagnosis of the causes of difficulties in teaching a first-grader using the example of a particular case (parent-child triad). Based on phenomenological analysis, a conclusion is made about the primary role of parents in correcting the phenomenon of school maladjustment based on the identification of such parenting phenomena as authoritarian hypersocialization, dictate, rejection, conflict type of interaction, lack of quality communication, the study of which allows us to develop a strategy for improving family dynamics. A scheme of the consultation process based on a phenomenological approach is proposed, consisting of 10 sequentially implemented steps.

The urgency of preventing undesirable manifestations in the behavior of students of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is explained by the fact that in modern Russian society, as well as in other countries, abnormal behavior has become a common phenomenon among this age group. Types of antisocial behavior among adolescents are becoming more diverse and complex, which entails an increase in negative social consequences both for adolescents and young people themselves and for society as a whole. Prevention of negative behavior among students, of course, is an important area of work with adolescents, since it is the younger generation that shapes the course of development of society. The article discusses pedagogical prevention aimed at eliminating negative behavioral manifestations of university students The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which is a set of educational measures aimed at preventing, and possibly completely eliminating negative manifestations that affect the development of deviant behavior of students. Any negative manifestation of deviant behavior carries a potential danger both for adolescents themselves and for society as a whole. It is for this reason that the identification and prevention of negative behavioral manifestations among students is a critically important area of activity. To achieve maximum results in prevention, it is necessary to focus on forming an active position in the life of every young employee who is just starting his professional career. To do this, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to leisure activities: sports, art, self-education.
